Registration

This is the 2026 page, in 2027 the same fees will be charged. 

Please also note that at least one of the authors of poster and oral presentations must register!

Registration fees are:

Cancellation policy: A full refund, less a cancellation fee of € 50, will be made on those received before March 7, 2026. No refund will be made after March 7 or for no shows. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.

Please note there is a deadline, registration (also note the late registration surcharge from March 7) is possible up to April 3rd, 23:59 CEST, 2026.
