Marco De Angelis, University of Bologna
My name is Marco De Angelis, and I work in the field of organisational and industrial psychology, with particular attention to human factors, cognitive ergonomics, and technology in the workplace. I was involved in organising the previous HFES annual congress in Bologna, and it was a very valuable experience for me, both professionally and personally. More recently, I have been involved in projects such as ProMentoHR and DigiBWell, which have allowed me to work on the relationship between people, work, and digital innovation, with a strong focus on human-centred design, usability, and well-being. Through these projects, I have further developed my interest in how human factors and cognitive ergonomics can support the effective and responsible introduction of technology in organisational contexts. For this reason, I would be more than happy to continue supporting HFES and offer my contribution as Secretary.
