Experimental psychology sign

At the Department of Psychology we have new signs, all in a new corporate design... Problem with these signs are the direction arrows, which are enclosed in a square. From a distance these arrows will all look the same, it is better not to enclose them, as the arrow's contour is better visible from a distance, see examples below displayed on purpose in small format.
