To reduce or prevent RSI a good measure is to make (more) use of keyboard shortcuts, such as ctr-c for copy, and ctr-s for save. I make use of it frequently on my desktop computer.
On notebooks there is an additional alt/control key, the Function key (Fn). If the Fn-key
is to the right of the control key there is no problem with compatibility and performing these commands "blindly" (left hand picture below), however, on the notebook I now use I constantly try to save documents with Fn-S...
